Three Simple Steps Everyone Must Take to Lose Weight


Weight loss isn't rocket science.  Here are three steps everyone must take to lose weight safely and permanently.

1. Purpose.  Purpose within yourself that NOW is the time.  Without the choice to change, no program or potion will make you lose weight permanently.  Resolve that NOW is the time to look and feel better plus extend your healthy years!

2. Plan.  There are plenty of programs out there but you must find something that works for you.  I've partnered with an organization that has helped thousands of people achieve the best health of their life and sustain it.  There are plenty of free programs out there to point you in the right direction.  Avoid anything that seems 'too good to be true' or promises astounding weight loss in a very short period of time.  Health and fitness is a lifestyle,  not a hobby.

3. Partner.  Surround yourself with like-minded people that can help encourage you.  I've never been a person with will power to sustain anything on my own.  I've learned that Will Power is a friend that only travels in groups of like-minded people that cheer you on!
